MAPLEWOOD, Mo. — Side Project Brewing on Friday launched its first-ever food program.

The menu was developed by the company’s newly appointed executive chef, Adam Altnether, and is now available for purchase at its Maplewood brewery, at 7458 Manchester Road.

Side Project’s menu includes shareable snacks — including chips and dip, French fries and flash fried soft pretzels — as well as sandwiches, including both a flagship burger and spicy chicken sandwich, as well as a “Fried Green Tomato BLT” and a “Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder Sandwich.” Its shareable snacks cost between $7 and $12, while its sandwiches cost either $13 or $14.

The food menu is only available at Side Project’s Maplewood brewery, officials said.
