ST CHARLES, Mo. — Culpeppers Grill and Bar at 3010 W. Clay St. in St. Charles is permanently closing after 25 years of operations.

“We are so grateful to all of our guests for choosing to spend time with us over the years and beyond thankful to our wonderful staff,” its owners wrote in a Facebook post announcing the closure Tuesday.

The owners, who could not immediately be reached for comment, did not disclose a reason for the restaurant’s closure in the post.

The 6,000-square-foot West Clay property is owned by RIC Properties LTD, an entity tied to San Diego-based real estate agency Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O), county and state records show. The county assigned the property a market value for this year of $1 million.
