St. Louis County apartment complex goes on auction block

This apartment complex in St. Louis County will go up for auction.

KINLOCH, Mo. — An apartment complex in St. Louis County is set to go on the auction block next month.

The 104-unit Suburban Heights apartment complex, located at 5500-5602 Mable Ave. in Kinloch, is scheduled for an online auction to be held April 15 through April 17, the listing at online auction marketplace Ten-X shows.

Built in 1969, the garden-style complex has 75,000 square feet of space across six, two-story buildings on 5.5 acres, according to the listing.

The starting bid is $2 million, according to the listing.

The apartments are owned by Suburban Heights LLC, which is linked to Santorini Management and Michael Becker, state records indicate. Previously sold for about $1 million in a 2010 foreclosure, the apartment complex was appraised at $2.61 million last year by the St. Louis County assessor’s office.
