Polling places will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day.

What do I need to bring to vote?

Missourians must present one of the following acceptable forms of identification to obtain a ballot, according to the Missouri Secretary of State website:

  • A nonexpired Missouri driver or non-driver license (one that expired after the most recent general election is still acceptable).
  • A nonexpired military ID, including a veteran’s ID card.
  • A nonexpired U.S. passport.
  • Another photo ID issued by the U.S. or the State of Missouri that has not expired or expired after the date of the most recent general election.

If you don’t bring an acceptable form of identification but are a registered voter, you can cast a provisional ballot, according to the Missouri Secretary of State website. This ballot will only count if you return to your polling place on Election Day with a photo ID or if your local election authority determines the signature on your provisional ballot envelope matches the signature on your voter registration record.
