Man killed in shooting at Jennings home Friday

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

JENNINGS, Mo. — A man died Friday night after a shooting at a home in Jennings.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department, officers from the Jennings precinct responded to a call for a shooting shortly after 11:40 p.m. in the 5600 block of Janet Avenue in Jennings. 

Officers at the scene found a man dead from gunshot wounds inside a home. 

Police did not release any other information about the victim. The homicide is being investigated.
