LYON, France — The U.S. women's soccer team continues to battle in the World Cup.

They also continue their 'over the top' goal celebrations that have gained a lot of attention through social media.

The U.S. defeated England 2-1 in the semi-finals Tuesday afternoon to advance to the finals of the FIFA World Cup.

Morgan had a goal celebration that might have caused a lot of waves...

After scoring the second goal for team USA, Morgan pretended to take a sip of 'English tea.'

Mockery or not... she has stirred the pot.

People are flooding social media with memes and comments on her goal celebration.

Offensive or comical, this celebration is following Megan Rapinoe's recent goal celebration in the game against France when she decided to mock President Donald Trump after their recent feud that's been all over social media.

Whether or not this team has become a bit arrogant, they are having fun... and more importantly, they are winning!

USA will play the winner of Sweden vs. Netherlands in the final match of the FIFA Women's World Cup on Sunday, July 7.
