The common denominator of almost every restaurant we have visited is the owner starts his career really really young. I mean almost all of them working in the business before they were 16. Tony Mazzols from Mungo’s Italian Eatery. He worked at some great places growing up like Al’s, Adrianos and Rich and Charlies.
Tony has owned a place for 36 years. He has moved around. Now he has found happiness in Collinsville. The region has a lot of Italians and they appreciate Tony and his brother, Mario. Their attention to detail is second to none.
