Chef Christie Maggi from Dierbergs is back with another great recipe. Today she shows us how to make Plant Based Meat Substitute Pasta.
- Plant Based Meat Substitute Meatballs
- Plant based pasta noodles
Saute the vegetables and meat substitute meatballs in a pan until cooked. Add in some pre-made pasta sauce. Cook the plant based pasta noodles.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, and enjoy!
Note: Cook the plant based meat substitute just like you would ground beef or any other kind of meat. You can temp it to 160 degrees but it is not quite as crucial as it would be for a real meat.
